Small, honest scope

One thing at a time, with a clear start and finish. Where ongoing upkeep makes sense, a small monthly retainer is fine. Nothing gets ripped out and replaced for the sake of it.

Written, not sold

You get a short, plain-English write-up of what I changed and why, so whoever's in the office (or the van) can pick it up later without me in the room.

Tools you already own

Where I can, I work with what you already have. Usually that's email, WhatsApp, a spreadsheet or two, and whatever you use to raise invoices. New tools only come into it if there's a real reason.

Your data stays yours

Nothing lives on my systems beyond what I actually need to do the work. Customer details, job info and anything else you share stays confidential.

A steady weekly rhythm for sending invoices as soon as the job's finished and chasing the ones that go quiet. Fewer awkward "did you get my invoice?" texts, and less money sat waiting.
